基于WEB-GIS的矿区生态监测与管理信息系统

Ecological Environment Monitoring and Management Information System of Coal Mine Area based on WEB-GIS

摘要: 生态监测与管理信息系统对于促进矿区生态治理工作具有支持作用。针对矿区生态环境监测信息化建设的迫切需求,采用通用的B/S架构,开发了基于WEB-GIS的矿区生态监测与管理系统总体设计方案,实现了多源、海量基础空间信息资源的管理和服务,包括基础GIS分系统,遥感监测分系统,视频监测分系统,生态、灌溉水质和土壤风蚀监测分系统,数据管理分系统,用户管理分系统六个部分,实现了对矿区生态环境各类监测数据、工程数据进行存储、管理、分析、发布与展示。该系统在神东矿区应用,实现了矿区历年生态基础数据、遥感数据的动态可视化管理,验证了系统运行的可靠性,同时为矿区未来生态治理指明了方向。

Abstract: Ecological environment monitoring and management information system is important to improve the level of coal mine ecological environment management. According to the requirement of coal mine area ecological environment monitoring information system, a ecological environment monitoring and management information system of coal mine area based on WEB-GIS is developed, using universal B/S structure. the system, which is composed of basic GIS subsystem, remote sensing monitoring subsystem, video monitoring subsystem, ecology, irrigation water quality and soil erosion monitoring subsystem, data management subsystem, user management subsystem, can achieve management of multi-source and massive spatial information data and provide data service. Using the system, the ecological environment monitor and engineering data can be stored, queried, analyzed and visualized. The system has successfully applied to ecological environment data management of Shendong coal mine area, and can provide management and visualization of co-environmental data, which shows it is feasible. Based on the above, The suggestion of future ecological management in Shendong coal mining area is provided.
